Any person raising or keeping fowl in a residentially zoned area as defined by City Ordinance must maintain them in sanitary condition not become offensive and/or cause a nuisance to adjacent residents:

• Fowl must be kept in enclosures, pens, coops, cages at least one hundred (100) feet away from any other inhabited dwelling. This distance requirement does not apply to the dwelling of the owner themselfves.

• Cleaned up manure or refuse must be promptly removed from the vicinity after each cleaning.
