Mobile Food Vehicles

Each mobile food unit must be readily identifiable by business name, printed, permanently affixed, and prominently displayed upon at least two (2) sides of each unit, in letters not less than three (3) inches in height. Mobile Food Vehicle preparing open food have to meet similar requirements to that of restaurant.
Operators of a mobile food unit are required to be in compliance with City Code Chapter 10 and the Texas Food Establishment Rules (25 TAC 229.161 – 229.171)
