It's beginning to look alot like Christmas!
Bring the family to Historic Downtown Ennis as we kick off the holidays "Ennis style".
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3
(Times are approximate and subject to change)
5:00pm - 9:00pm: Open House at the Ennis Railroad and Cultural Heritage Museum, 105 NE Main Street.
Refreshments will be served! Santa Claus will be at the museum at 5:30 pm and then again after the parade. Bring your camera! Model train display will be in the building north of museum.
5:00pm - 5:30pm: Ennis Jr. High Band Ensemble performs at W. Knox and N. Dallas St.
5:00pm – 7:00pm and 7:30pm - 8:30pm: Children’s Christmas Crafts and more at 116 W. Knox.
5:30pm -7:00pm: Open House at the Ennis Public Theatre at 113 N. Dallas St.
6:00pm - 9:00pm: Santa Claus will be at City Real Estate at 101 NW Main St. Photographer will be available for FREE family photos.
6:00pm - 6:30pm: Ennis High School Choir performs at W. Knox and N. Dallas St.
7:00pm: Christmas Parade of Lights (Downtown Ennis)
7:40pm: Performance of the Nativity by GO! Dance & Gymnastics Studio at W. Knox and N. Dallas St.
8:05pm: Sherman Mountain Boys (national award-winning bluegrass band from Jasper, Arkansas, that are comprised of four students from SAGU.) W. Knox and N. Dallas St.
8:30pm: First United Methodist Church Bell Choir
performs at W. Knox and N. Dallas St.
Enjoy photo opportunities with the Grinch, Elf on the Shelf, Santa Claus, Shrek, and Mrs. Claus!
Stroll and enjoy the splendor of all the holiday
window decorations in the downtown storefronts!
FOOD: Food trucks will be available on NW Main
Street on Thurs. Dec. 3 starting at 5:30 pm.
