CIVIL PLAN REVIEW: Required for all commercial and residential development. $250.00 minimum plus $50/acre of overall development.
VERIFICATION: A verification must be done to verify water and sewer is available for new service.
ESTIMATE: An estimate is required if the property has never had city water or sewer services or for "AT COST" items.
WATER: Standard water meter (3/4", 1", 1-1/2", and 2" diameters) are at cost. Water meter set fee is required for meters less than 4". Large meters, taps, and vaults are set by developer (4", 6", or 8" diameters). Water tap larger than 2" will be at cost.
WASTEWATER: Wastewater tap larger than 4" will be at cost.
DRIVEWAY OR BARRIER FREE RAMPS: Inspections and Re-Inspections (per action).
