Human Resources serves as a partner with City departments to advise, support, and provide customer service with integrity, fiscal responsibility and operational excellence to effectively utilize and manage the City's most valuable asset - its people! Our strategic role is to provide an avenue through which managers can attract and retain quality employees. This includes recruiting, compensation, retention, training and development, benefits administration, employee wellness, and short-term and long-term human resource management.
