The Ellis County Vaccination Hub will be located at the Waxahachie Senior Citizens Center (122 Park Hills Drive).

Then, be patient and eligible recipients will be notified of available vaccine appointments for the Ellis County Vaccine Hub. There is not a specific form to sign up for vaccines. You simply create an account if you don’t already have one and you will be contacted to schedule a vaccine appointment. 

For questions on how to register or schedule an appointment, call 1.844.279.8222. You do not need to complete the Baylor Scott and White COVID-19 health screening, unless you seek a doctor visit for approval.

Do not show up without an appointment. 

Do not Call the Waxahachie Senior Center. They will not be able to provide you with information regarding a vaccine.

Vaccination Hub Volunteers Needed

There is a big need for volunteers at the Ellis County Vaccination Hub. They still have a need for wheelchair attendees, logistics personnel and traffic monitors/door greeters. You MUST use this link to sign-up to volunteer - https://bit.ly/3iWBAWr - this generates your name on the list so security will allow you on the premises. This could be a 12 week event, so if you can't volunteer the first week, they will have opportunities for you in the future.Thank you for your help.
