We are incredibly excited to announce the start of the Ennis Parks Master Plan Project. During the Comprehensive Plan Community Survey, parks and recreation rose to the top as a critical priority for quality of life improvement. We have partnered with DTJ DESIGN, Inc.  and CivicBrand to create a community-driven plan to establish clear direction on the development and enhancement of the community's parks, trails, public spaces, recreation programs and facilities.
