The City of Ennis Utility Billing Department is officially transitioning to a new and improved online payment system, Xpress Bill Pay, beginning June 1, 2026! 

Why the change? Because we want to offer you a smoother, more convenient experience, including:

• Full bill presentation

• Paperless billing

• Easy access to billing history

• Auto-pay options

• Saved payment information

• Email notifications

Starting June 1, if you would like to auto-schedule payments via credit or debit card, please navigate to Xpress Bill Pay here: https://xpressbillpay.com/#/?org=ennis11185 

If you prefer to pay by phone, please call 833‑622‑3316.

The option to visit the Utility Billing counter at City Hall remains unchanged, as well as the opportunity to have your payment drafted directly from a bank account of your choice.
