Ennis, Texas - Ennis Main Street in partnership with the Greater Ennis Chamber of Commerce, invites local business owners and professionals to the next session of the Small Business Training and Development Series. This month’s CONNECT@Noon Lunch and Learn will take place on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at the Ennis Welcome Center in the Bluebonnet Room.

The August program will feature guest speaker Seth Rizer, Owner of Chick-fil-A Ennis. He will share practical strategies to help businesses understand and use customer metrics, including Lifetime Customer Value (LTC) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). Participants will learn how these insights can strengthen customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and support long-term growth.

This training series aims to support the ongoing success of Ennis small businesses by providing accessible educational opportunities that build skills, inspire collaboration, and create meaningful connections among local professionals.
