The Ennis Main Street Board, in partnership with the Ennis Economic Development Corporation (EEDC), is pleased to announce the launch of the Downtown Small Business Toolkit, a new resource designed to support entrepreneurs interested in opening or expanding businesses in Historic Downtown Ennis.

As Downtown Ennis continues to gain national recognition for its ongoing revitalization, the Small Business Toolkit offers a clear, accessible starting point for anyone considering investing in the district. With its pedestrian‑friendly design, charming architecture, modern improvements, and a thriving mix of dining, shopping, living, and entertainment options, Downtown Ennis provides a strong foundation for new businesses to grow and succeed.

The Toolkit equips prospective business owners with essential guidance and information to help them explore opportunities and confidently take the next steps toward establishing a presence downtown.

As part of this initiative, the Ennis Main Street Board and Ennis EDC are also preparing a forthcoming Merchants Workshop an exciting opportunity for current and prospective downtown business owners to connect and learn about new resources, including grant opportunities.
