*Effective Sep. 1, 2023, all filed campaign finance reports are to be posted online within 10 business days of receipt and maintained for a period of 5 years.
In accordance with Section 552.117 of the Texas Government Code, the current Officeholder’s home address and home telephone number are excepted from disclosure. In addition, Sections 552.024 and 552.1175 of the Texas Government Code excepts this same information from disclosure for individuals such as current or former officials of a governmental body who have filed a Public Access Form with the City Secretary. Finally, in accordance with Section 254.0401 the address, except the city, state, and zip code, of a person listed as having made a political contribution to the person filing the report has been redacted.
