The Treasury Division supports city staff, management and city council initiatives related to capital improvement and sustainability of the community.  This support is provided through the preparation and management of the bond program and other financing opportunities. In addition this division is responsible for all banking contracts, financial processes implementation, cash management, credit card program, portfolio management, revenue projections and budget, and sales tax analysis, audit and recovery.
