At 35.5 Acres, it is the largest community park in Ennis and houses a cool refreshing splash pad for those hot Texas summers, two beautiful party pavilions, brand new playground designed for all ages, beach volleyball courts, and the only National Fitness Center Fitness Court in Ellis County. Enjoy a game of tennis at our outdoor courts or play some baseball on our practice diamonds. Feel free to picnic at one of our shaded gazebos in the area. The park surrounds historic Old City Lake as the one-mile paved Ivan Goodwin Walking Trail connects to the adjoining Kiwanis Park.
