Board Members

The Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals (ZBAA) consists of five (5) members and two (2) alternate members who are residents of the city and appointed by the City Commission. The alternate members act in the absence of any regular member at the request of the Chair.

The term of office of the members of the ZBAA are renewable terms of two (2) consecutive years. All terms of the members and alternates commence from the time of appointment by the City Commission. The standard appointment date for new terms are in August of each calendar year.
