Planning and Development, currently incorporated within the Inspections Services Department, staff is here to provide you the tools necessary to plan and develop your project through City Zoning Ordinances and Development Guides to insure a success from start to finish.

Governor Abbott Declares Flood Awareness Week

Texas Floodplain Management Association is proud to announce Texas Flood Awareness Week is happening over the dates of May 23-27, 2022. Get ready to promote flood awareness throughout your communities and organizations. TFMA will share information all that week to the membership including infographs you can use. 

TFMA asks all communities, agencies, and companies to spread the word about Flood Awareness Week. Tell us what you're planning; show us what you're doing that week through pictures and posting on TFMA's social media channels including Facebook and Twitter using hashtags #tfma and #wearblue22. 

And don't forget "Wear Blue Wednesday" is scheduled for May 25. Take pictures and let us know why you wear blue!! See the Governor's declaration below.
