EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2022, THE CITY OF ENNIS UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE (SEE BELOW) HAS BEEN AMENDED TO ADD THE R-7 DISTRICT, TO INCREASE THE MINIMUM LOT WIDTH AND MINIMUM FRONT SETBACK FOR PROPERTIES IN THE R-5 DISTRICT AND THE MINIMUM FRONT SETBACK FOR PROPERTIES IN THE D DISTRICT.
