EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 7, 2023, THE CITY OF ENNIS UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE (SEE BELOW) HAS BEEN AMENDED BY THE CITY COMMISSION TO UPDATE THE HEIGHT LIMIT IN THE MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT 1 (MF-1).
