STEP ONE: Check to see if your date is available by contacting the Parks Department at (972) 875-1234 EXT: 2248

STEP TWO: Print and fill out the Facility or Field Reservation Application

STEP THREE: Submit your application along with full payment to City Hall at 115 W. Brown St.

STEP FOUR: Enjoy your event! 

STEP FIVE: Conduct a site cleanup at the conclusion of your event.

No tapes, staples, nails, etc. may be used to attach signage or party decorations to the pavilion structure.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You must call no later than 5 business days prior to your reservation date to receive a refund. 

*Due to city COVID guidelines, we are not accepting reservation requests for the Community Center until further notice*

STEP ONE: Check to see if your date is available by calling City Hall at (972) 875-1234 or stop in and speak to a clerk at 115 W. Brown St. 

STEP TWO: Submit and application with a $75 deposit to City Hall. Full payment of $150 must be received prior to reservation date.

STEP THREE: Your reservation will be sent to the Parks Department for final processing. 

STEP FOUR: You will receive an email from the Parks Department prior to your scheduled reservation regarding electronic key codes.

STEP FIVE: Enjoy your event! 

STEP SIX: To receive your deposit, you will be required to clean up after your event. An inspection will be conducted.

STEP SEVEN: Return to City Hall to complete deposit refund process. Deposits will not be returned if center left dirty or damaged.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You must call no later than 5 business days prior to your reservation date to receive a refund. 

Call us at (972) 875-1234 EXT: 2248 for any of the following issues:

- Cleanliness or general maintenance 

- Playground damage

- Athletic field or court damage

- Structure hazard in pavilions, gazebos, picnic areas, boat launch, pier, fitness court, etc

- Non-scheduled grass cut due to heavy rains

- Water leakage in public restrooms
