Fire Marshal Operational Permit
Operational permits are mandated by the 2021 International Fire Code, Section 105, as adopted by the City of Ennis. These permits allow businesses to operate legally for a specified period, contingent on a properly completed application and required documentation. Some permits require passing an inspection, and all applications must be submitted electronically through OpenGov using the link below.
