A building permit is required before constructing, altering, enlarging, moving, demolishing, or repairing any residential or commercial structure within the city limits.

✅ Standard Review Process

Applications are evaluated by Inspection Services and the Planning & Development Department to ensure all work meets building codes, zoning requirements, and City standards.

🛡 Specialized Review

Commercial applications undergo additional evaluation by the Fire Marshal and, where applicable, the Health Department.
