Planning, Development and Inspections

The Zoning Board of Adjustment is a statutory body established pursuant to Texas Local Government Code §211.009 and Section 3.3.10 of the Unified Development Ordinance. The Board is charged with hearing appeals arising from administrative determinations made in the enforcement of the zoning ordinance and with rendering decisions on requests for special exceptions to the provisions of the Unified Development Ordinance, as authorized in specific circumstances.
